Jim Wilkinson joined the UCSD Retirement Association Photography Interest Group in 2019 when he retired after working 39yr at Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Most of his career he worked for the California Cooperative Oceanic Fisheries Investigations (CalCOFI; calcofi.org) as a seagoing oceanographer and programmer/analyst.
Since retiring, when not helping with his grandkids, he and wife Carol, travel in their travel trailer around the Western US.
